NEET Postgraduate case verdict, which was expected to be given on May 9, was delayed by a day as the case was not included in the SC of India’s final cause list.
Supplementary cause list for 9th, May was also published but NEET PG case was not included. The final verdict will therefore be published today as it is the last day before court holidays. The vacation of Supreme Court of India will start on May 13 and the court will re-open on July 1.
NEET PG 2016 Exams Result
MCI and most of the senior counsels have been requesting the bench for final verdict on NEET Post Graduate (PG) case before May 13th, 2016.
NEET PG Exams Results 2016 will be released only after final verdict. Counselling at medical colleges will end on 31 May. There was some speculation that this deadline could be extended depending on when NEET NBE PG 2016 Exams Results would be declared.

The Supreme Court last heard the NEET PG Results 2016 Exams case on April 30th. About 85,000 students have been affected by the delay of NEET NBE PG Medical Results 2016.
